New office space at Ealing Studios includes the North and South Buildings of the Michael Balcon Building, which provide a total of 25,500 square feet of offices. They are separated by a new state-of-the-art sound stage. The Alec Guinness Building, to the south of the site, offers an additional 9,250 square feet of office space, available to a single occupier or on a floor-by-floor basis.

The large, open-plan floorplates of the North and South Buildings, with 10-foot-high ceilings, can either be divided up or modelled to create the perfect working environment for an iconic headquarters.

Facing the South Building, the Alec Guinness Building is undergoing refurbishment to provide three storeys of flexible office space with high ceilings, filled with natural light. It is an opportunity to join our community of creative partners, with open-plan layouts that range from 2,750 to 3,600 square feet per floor.
